LoveLink collects the information you provide when you create an account or build a gift page. You can choose to create a gift page as a registered user or via "Guest Mode" without creating an account. This information can include your name, email address, login information, uploaded photos, background video, music, written messages, reply content, and scheduled delivery details.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address and profile name so we can create or sign you into your LoveLink account. We use this information only to provide and improve the LoveLink service. We do not sell Google user data.
We use the information we collect to create and host your gift pages, keep your account secure, deliver scheduled pages at the right time, and show replies and activity that belong to your account.
Gift pages are shared by link, so anyone with the link may be able to see the content you chose to share. Please only upload content you have the right to use and share.
Data Retention: We may store your account data, gift page content, and related metadata for as long as needed to operate the service or until you delete it. However, if you create a gift page using Guest Mode (without an account), that gift page and all of its associated media (photos, videos, music) will beautomatically and permanently deleted 3 days after creation. Backups and logs may be retained for a limited time for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to keep your data safe.
We may use trusted service providers to host the app, store files, send emails, or process authentication. These providers only receive the data needed to perform their services for LoveLink.
Some public marketing pages may display ads from third-party providers. Those providers may use cookies or similar technologies to help show, measure, and personalize ads.
